At Leaderclout, LLC (“we,” “us,” and “our”), we understand your privacy is important. We are committed to keeping you informed and protecting your privacy online. 

When you (i) visit or use our website(s) at https://www.leaderclout.com/, (ii) our social media channels and related platforms or (iii) otherwise interact with our online services (collectively, our “Services”), this Privacy Policy applies unless the product or service displays, references, or links to a different privacy policy. We will only process your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable data protection and privacy laws.

By using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Privacy Policy, our Website Terms and Conditions, and any other agreement that governs your use of our Services (collectively, “Agreements).  If you do not agree with the terms and conditions contained in these Agreements, you may not use our Services.

When we are the data controller, this Privacy Policy applies when Leaderclout, LLC is in control of how data is collected, stored, and processed.

The Services may include links to third-party websites, plug-ins, and applications. Clicking on those links or enabling those connections may allow third parties to collect or share data about you. We do not control these third-party websites and are not responsible for their privacy statements. For example, if you post something on LinkedIn (even though we communicate with you on LinkedIn), that information is governed by the privacy policy on LinkedIn’s website. When you leave our Services, we encourage you to read the privacy policy of every website you visit. 

OUR POLICY CONCERING CHILDREN

Our Services are not designed for use by children under age 18, and we do not knowingly solicit personal data from anyone under age 21.  If you are under age 21, do not access or use our Services or related products or services.  If you become aware that we have collected data of anyone under the age of 18, please contact us so that we may delete that data.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we update the Privacy Policy, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above and post the new policy.  We recommend that you review the Privacy Policy each time you visit the Services to stay informed of our privacy practices.

2. WHAT IS PERSONAL DATA OR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Personal data,” or personal information, means any information relating to you that can identify you. It does not include data where the identity has been removed (anonymous data).

The information below sets out examples of personal data we may collect, however, in practice we may not collect all of these examples but only selected examples. The information we collect may include:

AGGREGATED DATA

We also collect, use and share Aggregated Data such as statistical or demographic data for any purpose. Aggregated Data could be derived from your personal data but is not considered personal data in law as this data will not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. For example, we may aggregate your User Data to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific website feature. However, if we combine or connect Aggregated Data with your personal data so that it can directly or indirectly identify you, we treat the combined data as personal data which will be used in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

YOU DON’T HAVE TO PROVIDE US WITH YOUR DATA

Where we are required to collect personal data by law, or if it’s necessary for us to provide certain aspects of our Services, if you do not provide us with that data when requested, that may prevent us from providing you with access to certain parts of our Services. In this case, we may have to cancel a product or service you have with us, but we will notify you if this is the case at the time.

YOU MAY REQUEST ACCESS, CORRECTION,  OR DELETION OF YOUR DATA

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us as described at the bottom of this Privacy Policy. We may decline your request if: (i) we are unable to verify you are the person to whom the data relates, (ii) it could adversely affect the rights of another person, or (iii) it is unreasonable, excessive, or prohibited.

10. REGION AND STATE-SPECIFIC RIGHTS

We may not always be able to comply with your request for deletion for specific legal reasons, which will be notified to you, if applicable, at the time of your request.

  • Object to Processing - You have the right to object to certain types of processing, including processing based on our legitimate interests and processing for direct marketing. In some cases, we may demonstrate that we have compelling legitimate grounds to process your data which override your rights and freedoms.

  • Request Restriction of Processing - You may request that we stop processing your personal data temporarily if:

    • The processing is unlawful, but you do not want to erase your data;

CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS

Shine the Light. If you reside in California, you have the right to request more detailed information about how your personal information is shared with third parties for direct marketing purposes. If applicable, this information would include a list of the categories of personal data that was shared and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared information in the immediately preceding calendar year. Children. We do not sell the personal information of users we know to be less than 16 years of age, unless we receive affirmative authorization (the "Right to Opt In") from either the minor who is between 13 and 16 years of age, or the parent or guardian of a child under 13 years of age.

NEVADA RESIDENTS

Nevada residents who wish to exercise their sale opt-out rights under Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A may submit a request to this designated address: info@leaderclout.com. However, please know we do not currently sell data triggering that statute’s opt-out requirements.

11. CHANGE OF PURPOSE

We will only use your personal data for the purposes we collected it, unless we reasonably consider that we need to use it for another reason and that reason is compatible with the original purpose. If you wish to get an explanation as to how the processing for the new purpose is compatible with the original purpose, please contact us.

If we need to use your personal data for an unrelated purpose, we will notify you (if we have collected your personal data from you directly), and we will explain the legal basis which allows us to do so.
