  • Our hand-selected members are…Managers, Senior Managers, Directors, Senior Directors, or at the equivalent Individual Contributor level leadership role at their company.

  • No. We don’t believe that every high-achieving leader at your level has the desire to manage people in every season of their career.

  • Leaders who get the most from this membership spend about 4 hours per month building connections with other members and attending events.

  • Candidates must be:

    • Managers, Senior Managers, Directors, Senior Directors, or at the equivalent Individual Contributor level leadership role at their company

    • Experienced leaders with at least 7 years of professional work experience

    • Committed to and have a track record of supporting other leaders

    • Passionate about building inclusive teams

    You must also apply here to join Leaderclout.

  • After you apply, we will review your application and vet your candidacy to ensure a mutual fit. Then, we’ll make a decision about your application status.

    If you’re accepted to join Leaderclout, you’ll receive an acceptance letter via email that will outline how to pay your membership fee.

    Once you’ve paid your membership fee and accepted Leaderclout’s Membership Terms, our Leaderclout Community Team will send you a copy of your Membership Onboarding Checklist [it will take no more than one hour to complete] and an invitation to our live Leaderclout Welcome Party on October 19th.

    After October 19, you will enjoy the full benefits of Leaderclout membership including access to our private community platform, invitations to events, and StressFinder™, our leadership wellness assessment.

  • The annual investment will eventually be $5,000/year. It is currently $2,500 per year.

    If you apply to join now, the membership fee you join at will always be your membership fee for as long as you choose to continue your Leaderclout Membership. You can choose to pay a discounted rate of $2,500 if paid in full, or $833.33, billed quarterly.

  • Yes! Many companies offer a learning and development stipend for leaders.

    If you are accepted, we will send you an editable email template to request financial support from your company.
